Is Falling in Love Once-a-Life time feeling ?!!!!!

This question is asked by Blogjunta, in one of its wonderfull platform of Great Debaters. In it they asked to take one position to support it or to reject it. This really proved a difficult task for me. Because it is like debating on “ A day come before night or a day come after night ?”

Love is un predictable so the human nature.  As I am a lover of ancient concept of true love, it is difficult for me to reject that it cannot be one side. But as a realist, it is impossible for me to accept it is a one-time affair too. So now the actual debate is going between my heart and brain. To keep alive this debate, I decided to give support to my brain against my heart.

I think,  love is a superior positive feeling which belongs to the family of emotions.  Love make us feel light and it creates a world of fantasy within ourself.  But I think, it is the feeling, which we most utilized as per our convenience in this world.  We already exaggerated the feeling of love  in different dimensions. We have imprisoned this superior feeling in the world of fantasy. Yes, we are the one who is responsible for it. As many, I too addicted to this feeling at the extent.  Because I born and brought up in the same world of fantasies.  Yes I am telling about the true-divine love which flows endlessly to one direction.  This gives nasha and nirvana to a human mind. I worship it in my heart and always dream about that invisible feeling like the concept of God, which is pure and divine. And sincerely, I do not want to come out of that dreams as it sooths my soul and gives me a hope to live in this world.

Later, I started realizing that there is no true or false love existing in this world.  Love is love and it is unconditional. It cannot be replaced or compare with anything else. It is an emotion which provokes strong affection and personal attachment towards anyone. It is an energy, which flows endlessly to its surroundings.

I consider love as an energy like light and water. It is the part of this nature, so naturally it is beyond the human concept too. Love cannot be one sided. We cannot cage this feeling and cannot decide its forms and directions. We cannot impose our rules and norms on this superior feeling. We cannot always stop its flow and to utilize it as per our convenience cause it is unconditional. Like water and light, we are the one who gives it a direction in life.

The other side of the coin is human mind. We know how mysterious it is like its mother nature. We are masters to manipulate anything in this world as it is opportunistic and unpredictable too.  It is the creator, protector and destroyer. Whatever comes to this mysterious mind, it utilize it as per its own convenience. When this superior feeling  of love arise in this mind, it takes different shapes and concept with the personality of mind.

Therefore, I cannot believe that falling in love is one time feeling. Love is universal so the human mind. It may fall in love any time with anyone or with anything. Love produces comfort, courage, fear, anxiety, fantasy and security.  As addicted,the human mind always have a tendency to lean towards these feelings.  In this situation, I wonder, how can we control this superior feeling of love towards a single direction forever ? Is it possible to cover the sun by our hands? Can we claim that the water  onlywill flow towards one direction ?

There is one more question my brain is asking to my heart and to the dreamers like me who worship the ancient- nostalgic love.  When our ancient concept of love  itself claims the love is blind. Then how can they assure that it has a single nature or falling in love is once a life time feeling ????
